Nuria Hernández-Mora, researcher, co-founder of the New Water Culture Foundation and member of the UCLM-Soliss Tagus Chair, is interviewed by several media outlets on the occasion of World Water Day, celebrated yesterday, March 22. Specifically in SER Toledo, Onda Cero Toledo and in the news Castilla-La Mancha Media.

In these interviews she is asked about issues such as the importance of groundwater, changes in water policy in Spain, the relationship between scarcity and drought, as well as other more specific issues that affect the Tagus basin such as the effects of the Tagus-Segura Transvase, water pollution, the need for ecological flows, etc.

For Nuria Hernández-Mora, the solution to the problems of the Tagus River involves an increase in the purification capacity in the Community of Madrid and the establishment of an ecological flow regime that would return a river dynamic that would allow natural processes in the rivers.

These interviews can also be consulted in the multimedia database of the UCLM-Soliss Tagus Chair.
